I grew up in central Missouri and will always consider myself a Midwest girl.  I attended nursing school at Columbia College where I obtained my Associates Degree in Nursing Science and my license as a Registered Nurse.  I began my nursing career in Springfield Missouri working at Cox South Hospital in the medical surgical unit. I made the transition later that year to dermatology at Swann Dermatology formerly known as Ozarks Dermatology Specialists.  I assisted in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Surgery.  I was trained to perform injectables such as Botox, Dysport and multiple fillers including Restylane, Radiesse, and Juvederm.  I was also trained to perform laser procedures using Gemini KTP and Smartxide Dot CO2.  I also provided medical grade chemical peels for patients.  This was my introduction to the cosmetic world and I loved it.

I moved to Arizona five years ago and worked as Mohs Micrographic Surgery supervisor at Southwest Skin Specialists for five years.  I left the practice in the Spring of 2017 to pursue starting my own business providing Microblading and skin care.

My interest in Microblading began in 2016 when I started seeing before and after photos on Instagram.  I had overplucked and had a bad wax experience that left me with sparse asymmetrical eyebrows that I was very self-conscious about.  I tried lots of different products but ultimately wasn’t pleased with the results or the time required every day for the application.  I began exploring the Microblading process and artists in Arizona.  I learned that there seemed to be a lot of artists, but with little experience in the medical or cosmetic industry.  Although there was a plethora of photos to see I wasn’t thrilled with the work.  The artists I gravitated to were all in different states and I finally decided to have the procedure done in Denver.  I am so glad I did it!

My aesthetic is less is more.  No one wants to be overdone.  I want to help you feel polished and save you time everyday.  Let’s get you set up!
